Part of the Luxury Group of Marriott International, Casa Brera is currently recruiting F&B Service Experts – Room Service to join the pre-opening team made of modern and authentic hospitality professionals.

Reporting to the F&B Outlets Manager, the role will cover any tasks related to the F&B service mainly in the Room Service, but you may be supporting any of our four outlets.

This is full-time position, 5 days a week with 2 days off.The starting date is estimated in August.

A Culinary hub, here flavors and sounds from different places seamlessly interlace. Odachi, showcases authentic Japanese cuisine in a cosmopolitan setting while those looking for a truly Italian experience can indulge at Scena by Michelin star Chef Andrea Berton. “Living” is a welcoming space for guests to socialize over aperitivo and Milanese light bites. By night, the rooftop’s sky bar transforms into an unmissable destination, with a pool and lounge areas providing the perfect spot to soak up the energy and skyline of the city.

As one of our F&B Service Experts, you’ll make sure you know every dish on the menu, so you can make recommendations and answer any questions customers may have. You’ll make sure their food and drinks are served quickly, efficiently and with a smile - and if there are any issues, you’ll deal with them right away. Thanks to you, our guests will feel well-fed, happy and wanting to come back for more.

What you’ll doTake guests’ food and beverage orders and record them in the internal system (Infrasys).Make recommendations on menu items, special requests and upsell where appropriate.Ensure that all customers enjoy an authentic and efficient service, and check with them that the dining experience is meeting their expectations.Ensure that the outlet is set up and ready for each service period.Order and restock outlet inventory.Follow Standard Operating Procedures and brand identity guidelines.Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards.Comply with all health, safety and hygiene standards and policies.

What you’ll need:Passion for the luxury lifestyle hospitality industry.A warm, people-oriented demeanor and a team-player attitude.At least intermediate knowledge of Italian and English.A safety-first approach.Positive outlook and dependability.Previous experience in similar roles is an advantage.
