With an integrated ecosystem of acceptance systems (POS, e-commerce, omnichannel payments) and advanced payment management tools, we empower businesses to grow and simplify their financial processes.About The RoleWe are looking for a highly motivated and hands-on Senior Sales Executive with a proven track record of managing the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing. This role requires a dynamic individual with a "get-it-done" mindset, focused on the Italian market. You will play a key role in expanding our Merchants & Distributors segment, with particular attention to acquiring new Tier 1 and Tier 2 clients and developing new sales channels through strategic partnerships with ISVs (Independent Software Vendors).Key ResponsibilitiesSales Execution: Own the end-to-end sales process, identifying opportunities, managing complex sales cycles, and closing high-value contracts.Market Development: Drive penetration in the Italian market by leveraging targeted strategies and your professional network to build impactful relationships with merchants and distributors.Client Acquisition: Lead the acquisition of Tier 1 and Tier 2 clients, tailoring solutions to meet their unique business needs.Partner Recruitment: Build new sales channels in the SME segment by finalizing and managing partnerships with ISVs. This includes conducting market analysis, setting budgets, defining KPIs, designing go-to-market strategies, onboarding new partners, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with agencies for bundling solutions.Pipeline Management: Maintain a well-organized and updated sales pipeline, providing accurate forecasts and tracking key milestones.Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to align product offerings with customer needs, managing complex negotiations with multiple stakeholders.Technical Expertise: Provide clients with in-depth guidance on advanced payment solutions, including POS systems, acquiring, and payment acceptance.RequirementsTechnical and Sales SkillsExperience: At least 10 years managing the full sales cycle and 5 years in payment solutions (acquiring, POS, e-commerce).Proven success in managing and closing complex, high-value deals involving multiple decision-makers.Familiarity with structured sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDICC) and closing six-figure deals.Strong network of Tier 1 and Tier 2 merchants and distributors in Italy.Added ValueExperience in retail and distribution sectors is a plus.Soft SkillsProactive, resilient, curious, entrepreneurial, and independent.Fluent in English and Italian; additional languages are a plus.Ability to perform under pressure, adapt quickly, and execute precisely in a fast-paced environment.Compensation includes a competitive fixed salary with 30% variable based on sales performance and comprehensive benefits including healthcare and welfare.Founded in 2016, Market Pay leverages its expertise in the European retail ecosystem and payment solutions to grow and innovate in the payment industry, both online and POS.#J-18808-Ljbffr
