Safety and sustainability guide our work.Position SummaryJob Title: Pricing Manager (temporary assignment)Function: Commercial – Pricing ManagementReporting to: Senior Pricing Manager, HealthcareAdvertised by: Amcor Group GmbH, Zürich, SwitzerlandThe Pricing Manager is responsible for managing key pricing activities across the Business Unit, coordinating RFQs, change requests, business cases, and ensuring decisions are data‑driven and transparent.Principal AccountabilitiesPricing execution and coordination: process RFQs, change requests, and customer pricing submissions.Develop structured business cases and margin analyses with Sales.Coordinate costing inputs from sites, Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain.Maintain accurate price lists and ensure consistency across systems.Support use, maintenance, and continuous improvement of pricing configurators (CPQ).Safeguard data quality and transparency in all pricing workflows.Document changes and manage backup processes for pricing tools.Prepare clear commercial arguments and pricing documentation for Sales.Act as central point of contact for pricing questions within a defined product segment.Communicate on raw material impacts, cost changes, and pricing logic.Assist in harmonizing pricing processes within the BU.What We Offer YouMeaningful impact within BU Commercial Excellence on customer pricing.Opportunity to influence BU profitability.Cross‑functional collaboration across sites and business functions.A learning‑focused environment fostering development in pricing, analytics, and commercial processes.Qualifications & RequirementsFormal Qualifications and Experience:Bachelor’s degree and ≥2 years of relevant business experience (pricing, commercial, finance, or analytics).Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Teams.Comfortable with big data and productivity tools (Power BI, CPQ, workflow/automation tools).Strong written and spoken English skills.Specific Skills and Abilities:Strong analytical mindset and confidence with numerical data.Hands‑on, structured, and self‑driven working style.Clear communicator with stakeholder coordination skills.Curious, fast learner, motivated to refine pricing processes and tools.Team‑oriented and comfortable in a dynamic environment.Seniority & EmploymentMid‑Senior levelFull‑timeApplication DetailsWe’re unlocking community knowledge through AI‑enhanced insights.
