Job Description As the Infrared Training Center (ITC) Country Manager, you will be responsible for the planning, arrangement, and execution of training events, supporting clients, field staff, and stakeholders. Your primary focus will be maintaining an effective training program within your specified regions, liaising with certification bodies, managing contracts and training consultants, securing venues, and ensuring student data integration into SAP and CRM. Ideal candidate will possess strong communication, negotiation, time management, and organization abilities. Familiarity with budget management, enterprise business applications, and student record administration is a plus. Primary Duties & Responsibilities Maintain an effective IRT training program within the specified region Control demo assets and coordinate service requirements Manage and grow relationships with vendors and partners Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and profitability Secure venues for training events through partnerships with hotels, training partners, and corporate sites Execute events within the allocated operational budget Provide sales support activities including phone, email, and chat leads as well as proactive outbound calling effort Ensure record keeping integrity and administration of student certification documents within SAP & CRM Collaborate with cross‑functional departments to perform tasks to completion Develop comprehensive course curricula and materials for both lectures and practical exercises Train and coach customers on application of instrument hardware and software via in‑person & online training courses and support student inquiries via telephone and e‑mail Provide support to customers in the electrical, mechanical, building science, sUAS, and oil & gas sectors Plan and oversee marketing activities within the assigned region Travel domestically and internationally as business requirements dictate Teledyne and all of our employees are committed to conducting business with the highest ethical standards.
