OverviewDescrizione dell’offerta di lavoro.Role summary: You will run outbound prospecting in Europe. You will book and confirm qualified meetings for senior leadership (CEO and CTO). You will log everything in the CRM and report weekly.ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain a focused EU account list based on ICP and real triggers.Identify the right personas (CEO, CTO, COO, Heads of Ops and IT depending on the use case).Write outbound messages that get replies: short, specific, relevant.Run daily outreach on LinkedIn and email with a structured cadence.Qualify fast and correctly; you will not book weak meetings.Confirm meetings to reduce no-shows.Handoff clean meeting notes and context to the CEO and CTO.Keep perfect CRM hygiene: activities, notes, outcomes, next steps, and follow-ups.Improve weekly: test angles, learn objections, and sharpen messaging.QualificationsProven outbound SDR or BDR experience in B2B.Experience selling AI, IT services, software development, automation, data, or cybersecurity.Must share recent performance metrics (last 30 days or last quarter).Must write strong cold emails and LinkedIn messages in English.Must follow process and use CRM daily.Must handle rejection and keep output consistent.Right to work in the EU (no sponsorship for this role).Follow GDPR‑safe outreach practices and respect opt‑outs.Nice-to-haveSecond EU language.Experience selling into mid‑market or enterprise stakeholders.Comfort discussing delivery risk, integration, security, and timelines without overpromising.Hiring ProcessApplication review.Email assessment and shortlist.Online interview.Compliance: strict process and reporting, ethical outreach.LocationVia Milano, Lombardy, ITALY.#J-18808-Ljbffr
