In this role, you will be part of a diverse team dedicated to supporting large and complex service opportunities on a global scale. You will interact closely with sales and delivery functions, playing a vital role in the presales process and ensuring compliance and success in bid executions. Your expertise will help shape customized solutions that meet the technical and business needs of our clients, driving significant impact on their operational efficiency. Accountabilities Create awareness of Managed Print/Device Services offerings. Assess customer’s business and technical needs regarding their printing environment. Develop Services & Solutions scope and design using varied components. Architect end-to-end solutions that align with the customer’s requirements. Document deal assumptions, costing, pricing, and contractual documents. Coordinate execution with cross-functional teams to ensure successful outcomes. Utilize consultative selling techniques to advance opportunities. Maintain excellent communication with customer’s management to drive deal closure. Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree. Typically 5+ years of experience in technical or consultative selling. Experience in industry is preferred. Experience in a virtual team environment. Fluency in English; knowledge of German is a plus. Excellent soft skills and adaptability in communication. Ability to lead complex projects and manage multiple stakeholders.
