General legal support with a focus on company housekeeping of Group companies, contract management and legal operations.ResponsibilitiesIndividual accountabilities : Maintain and organize the central legal document repository.Assist with drafting and reviewing basic legal documents and templates.Track deadlines and ensure timely follow-up on legal obligations.Contribute to digitalization of legal processes and tools.Shared accountabilities : Support company housekeeping tasks for Group entities (e.g., collecting signatures, filings, corporate records).Contribute to legal operations initiatives, including process optimization, automation, and reporting.Support digitalization of legal workflows and tools.Key linkages & interfaces / most important stakeholdersGeneral Counsel, and Legal Team Purchasing, sales and business operations teams ITQualifications3–5 years of experience in a law firm or corporate legal department.Strong organizational and documentation skills; structured and detail-oriented.Interest and aptitude in legal operations and digital tools (e.g., SharePoint, Excel, CLM systems).Fluent in English (minimum CEFR B2 / C1).Team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.DetailsSeniority level : Mid-Senior level.
