Responsibilities Individual accountabilities : Maintain and organize the central legal document repository. Assist with drafting and reviewing basic legal documents and templates. Track deadlines and ensure timely follow-up on legal obligations. Contribute to digitalization of legal processes and tools. Shared accountabilities : Support company housekeeping tasks for Group entities (e.g., collecting signatures, filings, corporate records). Contribute to legal operations initiatives, including process optimization, automation, and reporting. Support digitalization of legal workflows and tools. Key linkages & interfaces / most important stakeholders General Counsel, and Legal Team Purchasing, sales and business operations teams IT Qualifications 3–5 years of experience in a law firm or corporate legal department. Strong organizational and documentation skills; structured and detail-oriented. Interest and aptitude in legal operations and digital tools (e.g., SharePoint, Excel, CLM systems). Team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Details Seniority level : Mid-Senior level.
