Responsibilities
- Individual accountabilities : Maintain and organize the central legal document repository.
- Assist with drafting and reviewing basic legal documents and templates.
- Track deadlines and ensure timely follow-up on legal obligations.
- Contribute to digitalization of legal processes and tools.
- Shared accountabilities : Support company housekeeping tasks for Group entities (e.g., collecting signatures, filings, corporate records).
- Contribute to legal operations initiatives, including process optimization, automation, and reporting.
- Support digitalization of legal workflows and tools.
Key linkages & interfaces / most important stakeholders
General Counsel, and Legal Team Purchasing, sales and business operations teams IT
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in a law firm or corporate legal department.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills; structured and detail-oriented.
- Interest and aptitude in legal operations and digital tools (e.g., SharePoint, Excel, CLM systems).
- Team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
