Per importante struttura sul lago di Como, stiamo selezionando un / una Sales Manager che sarà responsabile dello sviluppo commerciale e del posizionamento della struttura nel segmento Leisure Luxury a livello internazionale. La figura avrà il compito di promuovere l’hotel sui mercati esteri, partecipare a fiere ed eventi di settore, gestire relazioni con tour operator di lusso, fornitori premium e circuiti stellati. Responsabilità Definire e implementare strategie di vendita per il segmento Leisure. Promuovere la struttura attraverso attività di networking, fiere internazionali ed eventi di settore. Gestire rapporti con tour operator di lusso, agenzie di viaggio premium e fornitori specializzati. Collaborare con circuiti stellati e partner strategici per incrementare la visibilità del brand. Monitorare i trend di mercato e proporre azioni per il posizionamento della struttura nel segmento 5 stelle luxury. Supportare successivamente anche le attività di marketing per rafforzare il brand. Profilo Verranno prese in considerazione figure in possesso dei seguenti requisiti Esperienza : Minimo 5 anni in ruoli Sales internazionali nel settore Leisure. Lingua : Inglese fluente Competenze Networking internazionale nel segmento luxury hospitality. Capacità di negoziazione e gestione relazioni con partner di alto livello. Orientamento al risultato e al posizionamento strategico. Disponibilità a trasferte : 20-30% del tempo per partecipazione a fiere ed eventi internazionali. Background ideale : Profili provenienti dal settore hotellerie 5 stelle Luxury. Completano il profilo Eccellenti capacità comunicative e relazionali.
