Overview Join to apply for the SAP Solution Architect role at NTT DATA Europe & Latam Il Profilo Ideale REQUISITI NECESSARI Si ricerca una figura SAP Technical Architect con almeno 6 anni di esperienza nello sviluppo e nella definizione di architetture con competenze nella gestione tecnica di team e nella supervisione di progetti complessi. Il Tuo Contributo In Questo Ruolo La risorsa si occuperà di: Supportare la definizione di architetture e soluzioni tecniche in ambito SAP ABAP, BTP, Integration e Basis. Collaborare nella preparazione di offerte, gare e proposition, stimando effort, costi e risorse. Assicurare la qualità tecnica dei progetti e il rispetto delle linee guida architetturali. Coordinare e supportare i team di sviluppo durante le fasi di implementazione e delivery. Contribuire alla formazione e crescita professionale dei colleghi del gruppo tecnico (mentorship, revisione tecnica, coaching). Monitorare gli economics tecnici dei progetti e individuare aree di efficienza e innovazione. Mantenere relazioni con i clienti per definire le strategie tecnologiche e proporre evoluzioni delle piattaforme. Il Profilo Ideale REQUISITI NECESSARI Esperienza consolidata di almeno 6 anni in sviluppo e architettura SAP ABAP e conoscenza di SAP BTP (servizi, estensioni, integrazioni). Capacità di definire architetture ibride on-premise/cloud e integrazioni complesse. Esperienza nella gestione tecnica di team e nella supervisione progettuale. Attitudine alla collaborazione trasversale, ottime capacità comunicative. COMPLETANO IL PROFILO Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese, sia parlata che scritta; Buone capacità relazionali e comunicative; Predisposizione al lavoro in team in un contesto internazionale; Ottime capacità analitiche e organizzative, con orientamento al risultato; Perché NTT DATA?
