Key Job Responsibilities Conduct Linguistic Quality Assurance checks on audio, subtitles, narratives, video, and artwork to ensure overall content quality Support the implementation of language‑related processes to ensure consistency and quality of Latin American Spanish language services Collaborate with team members to understand language requirements and deliver quality results Stay current with best practices in language services, particularly related to the streaming and entertainment industry Contribute to the improvement of language processes and workflows Share knowledge and support other team members on Latin American Spanish language‑related matters Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications Native level proficiency in Latin American Spanish and fluency in English Demonstrated ability to work independently with moderate guidance Preferred Qualifications Experience providing Latin American Spanish Linguistic Quality Assurance services, including translation or linguistic support Translation or proofreading experience in various formats, including documents and timed texts Interest in the media and entertainment industry, particularly streaming services Good analytical and problem‑solving skills Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
