We are looking for a Scientific Assistant in the area of Feed Additives to work in the FEEDCO Unit. Retribuzione annua: 28,000€ - 34,000€ Esperienza 2 anni Responsabilità Supporting scientific officers in the risk assessment process of feed additives; Collecting and collating data from scientific databases; Undertaking literature searches and reviews on selected scientific topics; Providing official answers to comments received from EU national competent authorities; Contributing to timely and effective planning to meet priorities and deadlines within the work programme of the Unit. Qualifiche Excellent knowledge of English (at least C1 level); At least 1 year of relevant working experience in collecting, collating, and interpreting data with statistics; Knowledge of one of the following fields of studies: veterinary medicine, feed additives, microbiology, biology; Working with others, analysis and problem solving, drive for results, good level of autonomy. Assignment Initial contract of 2 or 3 months, with possibility extensions. Expected duration of assignment 12 months. Salary Approx €2,326.00 per month before taxes. Work modalities Office work is required on at least 2 days per week. Remote work is possible within 2 hours from EFSA's premises in Parma, Italy, for the remaining days.
