We consider a great mix working remotely from home and meeting colleagues in the offices.CAREL is an innovative global high-tech company, leader in the evolution of control technology and humidification for air conditioning and refrigeration, listed at the Italian stock exchange.To foster our continuous growth, we're strengthening our organization by looking at smart professionals willing to join the team as contributors to company mission and goals.S/he hierarchically reports to the Group Solution Marketing Manager Food Retail.Marketing Unit Food Retail is a team dedicated to identifying, defining, launching and promoting solutions to cope with customers’ needs.Solutions are made of a variety of electronic and mechanical elements, as well as software applications and are meant to control the refrigeration part of Food Retail shops, which includes refrigerated display cabinets, condensing units compressor racks and other subsystems.MAIN GOALFor our Solution Marketing department we are looking for a Group Application Manager for the Food Retail vertical. She/He will lead the growth of the assigned applications from a global perspective.Within the role, s/he:·Master a deep knowledge of the competitive landscape, technological market trends and regulations framework·Develope the current marketing segmentation·Develope a successful product and solution offer according to market segment value proposition·Listening to customer voice analyzing customer feedback to improve the product offer·Evaluate the development of new products/solutions exploring customer requirements, defining value proposition, building Business Plans, orchestrating price positioning, launch activities and promotion·Evaluate new potential market niches, close to the assigned applications·Drive effective internal and external communication·Collaborate with Marketing Communication department defining communication plans, launch promotions, commercial materials, marketing campaigns, events and exhibitions·Evaluating and executing promotional initiatives with Regional Marketing·Presenting the products portfolio to the Regional Marketing, with dedicated events, trainings or supporting customer visits·Collaborate with other departments like product platforms, R&D, services and manufacturing to ensure a successful product deploymentRequirementsUniversity degree in EngineeringExperience in REF equipment, electronics and/or thermodynamic (is a plus)Experience in B2B market with international exposure (is a plus)Strong written/oral communication, especially in communicating customer needsAbility to organize work by priority, define plans and monitor independently under concurrent deadlinesSkilled at developing and exercising cross-functional influence; translating between sales and technical teamsAvailability to travel internationally (up to 20% of the time)Share the values of Carel Culture CodeOther informationWhat we offerWork-life balance: remote working and flexitimeOn-boarding program and continuing trainingCompany welfare: company canteen, life insurance, welfare platform, company bonus, contributions to school expensesCarel BoostCamp, a three-year training course for new hires under the age of 30, aimed at developing transversal skills, such as project management, cross cultural communication and problem solvingOur organisation aims to ensure the establishment of transparent and responsible governance and to foster a fair and inclusive workplace where diversity is recognised as an essential value for the innovation we strive to bring.Carel is committed to equal employment opportunity and prohibits any form of discrimination.
