Head Of Sales - Distribuzione B2B Per conto della Filiale Italiana di un Gruppo leader internazionale nella distribuzione B2B (settore abbigliamento tecnico, workwear e promozionale), ricerchiamo una figura strategica nel ruolo di Head Of Sales con riporto diretto all'Amministratore Delegato.Missione: Guidare la strategia e l'esecuzione commerciale in Italia, con l'obiettivo di elevare le performance e la determinazione della rete vendita. Il ruolo richiede un approccio hands‑on e una forte presenza sul mercato.Responsabilità Principali : Sviluppo Commerciale: Definizione e attuazione della strategia Go-to‑Market, inclusa la proposta di iniziative marketing innovative;Leadership Operativa: Gestione, motivazione e sviluppo della rete vendita diretta (10-12 risorse), con focus sull'efficacia operativa e la riduzione dei rischi tipici del canale;Rappresentanza: Assicurare uno standing elevato dell'azienda, gestendo autonomamente i rapporti di alto livello con rivenditori, partner e clienti strategici;Esecuzione: Forte impegno nelle attività itineranti sul territorio, unendo visione strategica (uso di CRM) e azione concreta.Requisiti: Settore: Esperienza consolidata nella vendita prodotto B2B attraverso distributori e rivenditori;Competenza Tecnica: Reale capacità nella gestione direzionale e nella selezione della forza vendita;Attitudine: Determinazione, ambizione;Mobilità: Disponibilità a trasferte frequenti sul territorio nazionale;#J-18808-Ljbffr
