We have opportunities for career growth through our diverse businesses which manufacture and service many well-recognized brands.Job Summary Analyze market trends in the Food & Beverage sector assess their business impact and define an effective market entry and expansion strategyIdentify and prioritize growth verticals such as food packaging and beverage processingPerform portfolio analysis and build a targeted roadmap to prioritize opportunities by revenue and margin potentialManage and grow Key Accounts within the Food & Beverage sector by facilitating internal and external collaboration ensuring full alignment with customer needsProactively identify and win new Key Accounts while ensuring their sustained developmentSeek and leverage cross-segment synergies across Life and other business unitsEnhance internal teams application knowledge in these markets by providing subject-matter guidance customer insights and trainingCollaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to develop and execute vertical-specific strategies and collateralsRepresent the company at events exhibitions and conferences relevant to Food & Beverage providing subject-matter expertiseResponsibilities Market Analysis Analyze Food & Beverage applications to identify growth opportunitiesEvaluate verticals for resilience regulatory trends and sustainability relevanceMonitor competitors and product gaps to support sales and portfolio strategyShape market segmentation and value propositionsKey & Strategic Account Management Support Sales in managing key accountsProvide insights on applications and markets to shape account strategiesLead acquisition of new strategic customers and develop strong business casesProduct Portfolio Management Advise Portfolio Leaders on trends applications and competitor positioningSupport new product development and business case creationAlign pricing and value strategies with Sales and Product teamsSales Support Deliver targeted training and technical support to enhance sales effectivenessAddress capability gaps with tools coaching and tailored materialsMarketing Collaborate with Marketing on messaging campaigns and collateralsPromote brand visibility through exhibitions digital content and vertical-specific outreachTraining & Communication Create and update training for Food & Beverage topicsAct as a technical and market expert for internal stakeholders customers and external audiences (e.g. speaking at conferences webinars customer events)Critical Outputs & Achievement Required Proven vertical strategies leading to measurable revenue and margin growthStrengthened position in Food & Beverage through key account wins and market visibilityEstablished internal competence across teams through regular training and collaborationTrusted subject-matter expert recognized by internal and external stakeholdersEducation and Experience University degree in Engineering Business or a related technical / commercial fieldMinimum 5 years of experience in market development product management or technical sales preferably within industrial applications such as vacuum compressors or sustainable technologiesProven track record in managing strategic accounts identifying market opportunities and influencing cross-functional teamsExperience in the Food & Beverage industry is required; knowledge of food packaging applications is a strong advantageInternational business experience and proficiency in English required; additional languages are a plusTravel & Work Arrangements / Requirements Willingness to travel up to 50% across EMEAIKey Competencies Strong leadership and team collaboration skillsHigh commercial and strategic awarenessAbility to work across departments and influence without authorityStrong analytical and communication skills both written and verbalConfident public speaker trainer and customer-facing communicatorHighly self-motivated solution-oriented and adaptableFluent in English; other European languages are a plusWhat we Offer Dynamic international working environmentSmart Working Policy and flexible working timeEquity Grant programWelfare programInternal canteenIngersoll Rand Inc.
