With more than 3.500 patent families essential for 5G we have a strong 5G portfolio and are a front runner in open and virtualized radio access networks (O-RAN and vRAN).MW&CSN BU  is looking for a Technical Innovation Project leader  who will operate in X Haul to drive and execute the most innovative projects, perform advanced technologies scouting, conceive new solutions exploiting technology at the state of the art, manage strategic technological partership with third parties   What you will learn and contribute to As a Technical Project Manager for Microwave product developments, you should have the following responsibilities and tasks:drive the most innovative projects in X Haul acting as Technical Project Managerperform advanced technologies scouting conceive new solutions exploiting technology at the state of the artmanage strategic technological partership with third parties  ownership  of planning, tracking, technical content, development cost and product cost adherence; ​technical reference on all domains relevant for Microwave product representative of  R&D inside and outside the BU Your skills and experience Experience/Skills  required:proved experience on radio design both at component level (RF IC, SiP, SoC) and system architectural level (> 10 years)authors of patents for innovative solutions (> 10)leader of strategic partnership inside and outside Nokialeader of advanced/innovative projects management (>10 years)deep competencies on  technical/technological domains concerning microwave, mm-wave, digital modem, antennas, passives, installation deep knowledge of microwave/mm-wave products/architectures capability to establish and manage strategic partenrship inside and outside Nokia knowledge on technical data-base (PDM)  and product structuretechnical project management capabilityFluent English excellent organisational skills,problem-solving abilities, capability to manage conflicts, priorities, risks acumen for innovative solution, strategic and visionary technical directioncapability to manage cross functional team around the world and third party relationsexcellent team workingtransparencyWhat we offerNokia offers flexible and hybrid working schemes, continuous learning opportunities, well-being programs to support you mentally and physically, opportunities to join and get supported by employee resource groups, mentoring programs and highly diverse teams with an inclusive culture where people thrive and are empowered.You will work in MW&CSN teams; you should be based in Nozay (Paris) or in Vimercate (Milan).
