Supply Chain Manager Italy, Switzerland and Greece

Ecolab is seeking a Supply Chain Manager Italy, Switzerland and Greece to join our Supply Chain team. Reporting to a Supply Chain Director, with the guidance from the EU Planning and Logistics leadership team, you will be a part of the team managing End to End Supply Chain within your region helping Ecolab to deliver a great customer experience.Your expertise in customer service, demand planning, logistics and warehousing space will help the team to work out the cost-effective solutions as well as ensuring great customer experience.We are looking for a strong leader, who can perform effectively in a complex matrix organization, with a high sense of ownership and accountability. Successful candidate will be an integral part of our Supply Chain organization, and will a responsibility to further modify, enhance and deliver excellence in Order to Cash day to day operations.The expectation is that you will be proficient in managing various Supply Chain areas, such as demand planning, logistics, supply planning and customer service. You will play an instrumental role in replenishment and inventory forecasting, shortages resolution, distribution planning, delivery execution, exception management, drop shipments etc., leading and developing your team and talent.We are looking for a leader who will be a great partner to the business – divisional sales, R&D and marketing, while being passionate about delivering upon customers expectations.
