Cosa ti offriamo Programma di crescita personale e professionale che unisce momenti di apprendimento teorici grazie al catalogo formativo a quelli pratici tramite la formazione on-the-job e la fruizione continua di 3 figure : Tutor Buddy Mentor Apprendimento della struttura organizzativa di Marsh grazie a un Induction Agenda dove incontrerai i Senior Leaders di tutti i team di Marsh Progressione di carriera con stage iniziale di 6 mesi finalizzato all'inserimento in azienda con contratto di apprendistato Cosa ti aspetta Analisi e monitoraggio delle performance di vendita delle varie practice di Marsh Advisory Predisposizione della reportistica per il Top Management monitorando la situazione as is rispetto agli obiettivi di budget fissati Supporto per la definizione e la gestione di budget e forecast Supporto per il coordinamento e lo sviluppo del network di Marsh Italia attraverso incontri periodici Supporto per lo sviluppo del business commerciale effettuando i primi incontri con i potenziali clienti Requisiti Laurea magistrale in Economia Conoscenza avanzata della lingua inglese Conoscenza avanzata del pacchetto Office (in particolare Excel e Power Point) Approccio analitico e al problem solving Proattività, ambizione, spiccate competenze organizzative comunicative e relazionali completano il profilo Marsh McLennan is committed to creating a diverse inclusive and flexible work environment.
