At OPIS, a leading international Clinical Research Organization (CRO), we are seeking a Business Development Associate who will help expand our global client network across the life sciences sector, focusing on the EU region.You’ll collaborate with senior leaders to identify new business opportunities, research target companies, and connect with key decision‑makers in pharma and biotech. You’ll play a key role in introducing OPIS services, understanding client needs and supporting long‑term partnerships.ResponsibilitiesIdentify and engage potential clients through calls, emails and LinkedIn outreach.Research and analyze organizations to identify decision‑makers.Coordinate meetings between clients and OPIS experts.Maintain CRM data and prepare regular activity reports.Follow up with leads and nurture client relationships.QualificationsHigh school diploma or degree.1–3 years of experience in sales (BDR, SDR, recruitment, etc.).Native / fluent Italian and English with strong communication skills.Excellent organizational and planning abilities.Proactive, team‑oriented and results‑driven mindset.Eager to grow.Benefits & OfferCompetitive salary.Full onboarding and training to ensure your success in the role.Long‑term growth opportunities and a clear development path.About OPISOPIS is an international CRO with over 25 years of experience in conducting Phase I‑IV non‑interventional and medical devices studies on an international level.
