As a Corporate Loan Structuring Analyst/Associate within our Structured Finance team, you will have the chance to experience and manage complex transactions gaining exposure and knowledge by: Engaging in the origination, structuring, and execution of Structured Finance transactions, with a focus on Corporate Lending, Capex/Acquisition Financing for Large Corporate and Mid-Corporate clients. Developing financial models, analyzing business plans and conducting due diligence aimed at preparing credit applications in collaboration with senior colleagues. Providing support in the internal credit processes, coordinating with stakeholders and preparing the documentation for internal business & credit approvals. Analyzing and negotiating NDAs, term sheets, financial agreements, etc. Requirements 2-4 years of relevant work experience in structured finance or financial advisory. Practice in Corporate Finance, Project Finance and Leveraged Finance transactions will be considered a plus. Master’s degree with excellent academic records. Fluency in English. Full-time availability based in Milan. Learning agility, outstanding teamwork and communication skills, analytical mindset and strong commitment. Proficiency in financial analysis (profit & loss, balance sheet, cash flow statement) and financial modelling. Acquainted with MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
