In this high-impact, customer-facing role, you will drive the growth and adoption of a leading Laboratory Information Management System across major biotech organizations in Europe. You will act as a trusted strategic partner, helping customers modernize quality and laboratory operations while achieving measurable business outcomes. Working in a fast-evolving, cloud-based SaaS environment, you will manage complex enterprise sales cycles and build long-term executive relationships. The role combines autonomy with close collaboration across sales, product, and solution teams. You will play a key role in positioning the platform as a reference solution in the biotech quality space. This is an opportunity to influence both market expansion and customer success in a mission-driven, international context.AccountabilitiesRepresent and position a modern LIMS solution to selected large biotech accounts across Europe, driving new business and long-term value.Develop and execute strategic account plans in collaboration with internal stakeholders to support pipeline growth and revenue targets.Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across business, IT, and executive leadership levels.Manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, coordinating internal and external resources as needed.Consistently meet or exceed pipeline generation and sales quota objectives.Stay current on life sciences and quality industry trends to proactively address customer challenges.Operate with urgency, integrity, and a strong focus on customer success while contributing to overall team goals.RequirementsAt least 5 years of experience selling software solutions to the life sciences industry.Minimum 2 years of experience selling quality-focused or complementary solutions within biopharma environments.Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in complex enterprise settings.Strong account planning, execution, and stakeholder management capabilities.Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and presentation skills.Ability to engage effectively with a wide range of audiences, from end users to C-level executives.High level of self‑motivation, autonomy, and accountability, with a strong team‑first mindset.Business‑level fluency in English.Nice to have: fluency in additional European languages such as German, French, or Italian, and familiarity with R&D, quality, regulatory, clinical, or safety software solutions.BenefitsFlexible work model with the ability to work remotely or from an office environment.Fitness reimbursement to support health and wellbeing.Annual budget allocated for charitable contributions.Inclusive and values-driven culture with a strong focus on employee success.Opportunity to work in an international, high-growth SaaS environment within the life sciences sector.#J-18808-Ljbffr
