You will be part of a proactive and effective team as key contact for customers in their journey with CHEP, with the extraordinary opportunity of improving your skills in asset productivity and customer support.**\*\* YOUR GOALS \*\* *** Take preventive and proactive action to **ensure that customer satisfaction is maximized**.* Management of Mailboxes and **inbound/outbound calls management with particular focus to SMEs.*** Support the team in **Customer Experience initiatives.*** Account Analysis and Control – Using specific tools: undertake account analysis to **identify trends in customer activity and possible deviations on asset productivity**.
