Responsibilities Filters and consolidates business reports Help preparing presentations Align office administration policies Interface with finance managers and sales directors Interface with HQ procurement on travel tools and reports Sales meetings and cluster seminars organization Reception, switchboard, couriers Maintenance, office supplies management Meeting rooms management Support to marketing Back up of marketing assistant Main interface with SIRM and SERAM secretariats Back office tasks Creates PR/PO Month end operations Liaison with SSC in Prague for vendors management Inteface with HQ procurement YOUR BACKGROUND Experience in agenda management and accomodation Mother tongue Italian.
