Chi cerchiamo? Siamo alla ricerca di un* Help Desk che si dedicherà all'assistenza utenti per un nostro Cliente Enterprise. La nuova risorsa si occuperà della risoluzione di problematiche client e di fornire supporto tecnico di primo livello, all'interno di un contesto complesso e internazionale. La nuova risorsa, inserita in un team, si occuperà di: troubleshooting per problemi legati a PC e fonia; supporto su problematiche legate ai software utilizzati dal Cliente; risoluzione incident; preparazione postazioni di lavoro; assistenza in ambito videoconference; collaborazione con i team di infrastruttura. Requisiti principali: esperienza nel ruolo di helpdesk di almeno 1 anno in contesti Enterprise; attitudine al problem solving; buon livello diinglese; ottimo standing; predisposizione al contatto con l'utente. Sede di lavoro: Milano, zona nord-est, raggiungibile con la metropolitana. Cosa offriamo?
