Sede di Lavoro Milano, Italia POSIZIONE Capo Cantiere – Progetti Impiantistici e Strutture Prefabbricate Per un progetto in ambito impiantistica e strutture modulari prefabbricate, ricerchiamo un Capo Cantiere esperto nella gestione operativa di attività civili e impiantistiche su strutture in acciaio e materiali speciali. RESPONSABILITÀ Coordinamento delle attività di cantiere e del personale operativo; Supervisione tecnica delle opere in fase di montaggio e installazione; Pianificazione delle lavorazioni nel rispetto del cronoprogramma; Verifica dell'avanzamento lavori, qualità e sicurezza; Gestione dei rapporti con subappaltatori, fornitori e direzione lavori; Monitoraggio delle attività di logistica di cantiere (materiali, attrezzature, accessi); Reporting giornaliero verso Project Manager e sede centrale. REQUISITI Diploma tecnico o Laurea in Ingegneria o Architettura; Esperienza pregressa come Capo Cantiere in ambito civile o impiantistico; Capacità di lettura disegni tecnici, computi e layout esecutivi; Conoscenza delle normative di cantiere e sicurezza D.Lgs. 81 / 08; Buone competenze organizzative e attitudine al problem solving; Disponibilità a eventuali brevi trasferte su altri cantieri in Italia; Costituisce titolo preferenziale l'esperienza su progetti con strutture modulari o prefabbricate.
