It cooperates with Logistics Finance team to define P&L & operational targets, and it is expected to lead the initiatives pipeline to ensure achievement. The role manages the initiative pipeline by working with execution teams to set projects milestones, KPIs, routines, implementationroadmap and reporting tools. It is also expected to take direct leadership of network-critical projects, connecting Sales, Finance, Planning, Brewery and Transport teams.The E2E manager is then responsible for the executive S&OP, aligning functions and preparing presentation materials to provide VP level executives with visibility over monthlyperformance, hot operational topics, and discussion materials for decision making over supply-chain-wide topics.This role is central to enabling AB InBev’s best-in-class logistics performance, continuous improvement culture, and long-term competitive advantage across multiple geographies.Position highlightsCentral role leading Logistics 1YP across multiple marketsResponsible for planning and execution of rich initiatives pipeline to drive costs efficienciesExposure to senior Country & European leadershipCross departmental, liaising Logistics, Supply, Sales, FinanceOverarching across the entire supply chain, from sourcing, to production, distribution and empties returnsWe’re looking for candidates with· Highly analytical mindset with a strong affinity for working with numbers· Proven experience in data analysis, cost evaluation and improvement· Strong stakeholder management and communication skills· Experience in complex project management· Ability to see the bigger picture and connect insights to business impact· Excellent presentation skills, able to clearly convey complex information· Consulting background is considered an assetBUILD YOUR CAREER WITHUSWe recruit for mindset, ambition, and cultural fit.UNIQUE CULTUREWe are proud to be part of something bigger than ourselves and are passionate about building upon our company’s long legacy.
