In this role, you will support the planning, analysis, and reporting of headcount and labour cost at both local and global levels. You will also contribute to the development of HR reporting tools and people analytics to support strategic decision‑making within HR and across the business. As part of the Global HR Operations team, your work will help ensure the HR function operates efficiently, respects our Company values, complies with local regulations and Group policies, and delivers high‑quality services within budget.Your ContributionSupport the preparation of labour cost and headcount budgets and forecasts for EMEAAssist in the consolidation and reporting of labour cost and headcount data from all regionsConduct regular analysis on global labour cost and workforce trends, by region, department, and channelHelp develop and update HR dashboards and reports used by HR senior management and regional HR teamsPrepare and distribute monthly HR reports and assist in monitoring key HR KPIsSupport the creation of presentations and data visualizations for internal stakeholders and top managementExecute ad hoc analysis and support simulations related to organisational planning and workforce structureEnsure data quality and consistency in HR systems in line with Group standards and policiesYour Skills1 - 3 years of HR experience in an HR Planning role, preferably in multinational and structured companiesPayroll experience is considered a plusStrong knowledge of Microsoft ExcelStrong knowledge of HRIS / HCM systems – preferably Workday and related reporting functionsExperience with Tagetik is a plusApplies solid judgement ensuring integrity, compliance and confidentialityStrong analytical and problem‑solving skills with ability to organise and analyse dataAble to perform under pressure in a complex & fast‑changing environmentStrong attention to detailsDiversity and inclusion are integral to Versace's DNA.
