You will manage schedules, coordinate communication, and ensure efficient execution of meetings and initiatives, maintaining organization and confidentiality at all times.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the Executive Team by managing calendars, prioritizing and coordinating meetings, appointments and events.Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, meeting agendas and minutesAct as the primary interface between executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear, timely and professional communication.Organize business travel for executives, including bookings, itineraries, and expense reimbursements.RequirementsExperience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role supporting C-level executives.Excellent organizational, communication and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple priorities with confidentiality and professionalism.Fluent in English (written and spoken); knowledge of an additional language is considered a plus.What We OfferWe offer astimulating environmentwhereinnovation, collaboration and professional growth go hand in hand.Here, you’ll enjoy thestability of a global leaderwhile working in an innovative company that is constantly evolving to meet the challenges of sustainable farming.Interested?
