We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist .

- You have higher or secondary specialized education;
- No work experience requirements;
- You have competent oral/written communication skills;
- Confident PC user (Word, Excel, Outlook, SAP ERP — preferred);
- You are able to control your emotions and mood.
Your Main Tasks Will Be
- In-person reception of the Company's clients;
- Providing advice to clients within the framework of OSR activities;
- Registration and processing of customer requests;
- Conclusion and renegotiation of contracts for the distribution of electricity with household customers;
- Formation and delivery of invoices for paid services;
- Engaging customers in the use of digital services.
