Per importante azienda cliente leader nel settore real estate siamo alla ricerca di una figura di Technical support su Milano.La figura sarà responsabile dell'assistenza tecnica su sistemi di protezione, sia per clienti nazionali che internazionali, contribuendo all'evoluzione digitale del supporto stesso.Responsabilità primarieFornire assistenza tecnica pre e post vendita sui sistemi di protezioneSupportare partner e clienti nazionali e internazionali in caso di problematiche specifiche e/o disservizi dei nostri sistemi di protezioneRedigere documentazione tecnica, FAQ e report di interventoCollaborare con il team per sviluppare nuove metodologie di supporto digitale, come knowledge base, video tutorial, portali interattivi, strumenti di ticketing avanzati, ecc.Supportare il team commerciale nella redazione delle offerte tecniche, contribuendo all'analisi e interpretazione delle specifiche tecniche dei clientiRealizzare e tenere sessioni di formazione tecnica per partner, clienti e colleghi, anche in lingua ingleseCollaborare con R&D e produzione per raccogliere feedback tecnici e contribuire al miglioramento dei prodottiAggiornare sito internet con la più recente documentazione tecnicaRequisiti e competenzeDiploma in Elettronica/Elettrotecnica o esperienza professionale nel settoreConoscenza base o avanzata dei sistemi di protezione elettrica (protezioni di linea, di generatore, differenziali, ecc.)Familiarità con protocolli di comunicazione industriale (IEC 61850, Modbus, DNP3, ecc.)Buona capacità di lettura di schemi elettrici e uso di strumenti di misuraConoscenza di strumenti di ticketing, CRM o piattaforme digitali di supportoBuona conoscenza dell'inglese tecnico (parlato e scritto)Orientamento all'innovazione digitaleOttime capacità comunicative e predisposizione al contatto con il clientePredisposizione all'ascoltoCapacità organizzative e di gestione del tempoProattivitàInformazioni aggiuntiveSettore: Industria elettronica/AutomazioneRuolo: AltroTipo di occupazione: Contratto a tempo indeterminatoIl presente annuncio è rivolto ad entrambi i sessi, ai sensi delle leggi 903/77 e 125/91, e a persone di tutte le età e tutte le nazionalità, ai sensi dei decreti legislativi 215/03 e 216/03.
