With a c. €100M turnover and healthy EBITDA, the company is being carved out from a larger group to become a standalone, product‑led platform with significant growth ambitions across Europe.Role Overview Reporting directly to the fund, the incoming Group CFO will lead the creation of an independent finance function and guide the business through its transition to a scalable, software‑focused model.
