POSITION OVERVIEW To be part of Midea Group’s digital transformation and international expansion, we are looking for Finance Graduates to join our office in Amsterdam as a Financial Assistant (visa sponsorship available). You will streamline processes, enhance critical reporting and support operational accounting for the European Finance Shared Services Center of Excellence (CoE). As part of an ongoing initiative to develop and retain a highly talented workforce, our goal is to provide exposure in interrelated functions over a 2-year period – AP, AR, GL and Financial Business Partner. SELECTION PROCESS Online application: AI Assessment Centre Online interview and Final interview KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Systematically participate in end-to-end processes across finance modules, including corporate financial management, financial analysis, cost and expense management, budget management, treasury and cash management, accounting, and risk control. Enhance professional capabilities and experience through hands‑on project management and delivery across all functions in Finance COE Europe. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor or Master’s degree in financial management, accounting or related fields (2025 or 2026 Fall). Proficiency in both written and spoken English, other EU language would be a plus. Familiarity with accounting regulations and the latest accounting standards; solid understanding of corporate financial management knowledge and skills. Knowledge or experience of Oracle or SAP system would be a plus. Professional accounting qualifications such as ACCA, CIA, Certified Tax Agent (CTA), or CFA are preferred. Proactive and self‑reliant, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail, initiative, and a strong sense of responsibility. Strong analytical mindset with effective problem‑solving capabilities. Excellent team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proficient in MS Excel and financial systems. Immediate availability is highly preferred.
