(ITALY) Job Category Administration & Facilities Job Schedule Full time Remote No Job Description : Summary The Project Assistant will handle administrative tasks to ensure smooth project execution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: arranging business trips, supporting local procurement, performing basic export and import activities and managing document and data archives. The role requires proficiency in English and Italian with Spanish and Japanese preferred. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential and experience with SAP is a plus. This role offers occasional remote work options and travel opportunities.
