We are looking for a Business Development Director with strong experience in the financial sector to lead commercial development in Italy and accelerate client acquisition. An entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to build strategic relationships with financial stakeholders are essential. Responsibilities Define and lead the business development strategy with an initial focus on the Italian market and a broader international outlook. Develop high-level relationships with C-level executives and IT leaders in banks and insurance companies. Collaborate with product and marketing teams to tailor AI solutions to local market needs. Represent the company at events, conferences, and strategic meetings. Contribute to building a local commercial team. Report directly to the international leadership team on pipeline, performance, and market insights. Requirements Proven experience in business development within the financial services industry, particularly in Banking and Wealth Management. Established network of decision-makers in the industry, particularly in IT. Familiarity with technology solutions financial-linked and ability to engage with IT departments. Previous experience in top-tier consulting firms is a plus. Startup mindset is essential: results‑driven, fast‑paced, autonomous. Willingness to travel frequently across Italy and abroad.
