Requirements - Fluency in Italian and English' both written and spoken. - Experience in customer service' preferably in the biotechnology or healthcare sector. - Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine desire to help customers. - Ability to manage multiple inquiries with a smile - Familiarity with customer service software is a bonus. - Detail-oriented and skilled in problem-solving. - Willingness to work flexible hours' including weekends and holidays' if necessary.
