In this critical role' you will provide exceptional support to our Italian-speaking clients as they navigate their insurance needs. Your main responsibilities will include addressing inquiries related to policy information' claims processing' and coverage details. If you have a flair for customer service' a keen understanding of the insurance industry' and excellent communication skills' we would love for you to join our dedicated team. Responsibilities - Deliver high-quality customer service in Italian for insurance-related inquiries. - Assist clients with understanding their insurance policies and coverage options. - Guide customers through the claims process and address any questions or concerns. - Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally. - Document customer interactions accurately to maintain comprehensive records. - Collaborate with other teams to ensure timely resolution of client issues. - Keep updated on industry regulations and company policies to provide informed assistance. Requirements - Fluency in Italian and English' both written and spoken. - Experience in customer service' preferably in the insurance or financial services sector. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills focused on customer satisfaction. - Ability to handle multiple tasks and inquiries effectively. - Familiarity with customer service software or CRM systems is advantageous. - Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities. - Willingness to work flexible hours' including weekends and holidays' if necessary.
