Business Development Manager – Napoli (FTC – 12 months)Join to apply for the Business Development Manager – Napoli (FTC – 12 months) role at Deliveroo.About the RoleWe are looking for a Business Development Manager based in Napoli. This is a rare opportunity to become a founding and important member of a growing, well‑funded company. You will collaborate with Italy's most premium and regarded restaurants. As a member of the regional sales team, you will report to the Sales Lead and focus on developing new relationships with restaurants and stores. This position is offered as a 12‑month fixed‑term contract.What You’ll Be DoingMap, prospect, pitch and close new restaurants across your region in an organised fashion, becoming an area‑level expert on upcoming restaurants and those most coveted by customers.Support partners in joining Deliveroo, ensuring the best experience for them.Communicate with restaurants through physical visits, email, calls, or social media to demonstrate Deliveroo technology.Help restaurant owners/managers overcome barriers or hesitations.Attend restaurant and food meet‑ups.RequirementsComfortable targeting new business and have sales experience.Confidence or experience dealing with partners/customers face‑to‑face, by phone or e‑mail.Experience in demonstrating product and industry knowledge to clients.Comfortable with negotiations.Knowledge of the restaurant industry is a significant plus.Tenacity.BenefitsDeliveroo offers benefits in areas including healthcare, well‑being, parental leave, pensions, and generous annual leave allowances.
