Kitchen Manager / Lead Chef Hands‑On Wedding Kitchen Tuscany • Seasonal • On‑site Castello di Ristonchi, Pelago About the Role You will lead the kitchen during our structured 3‑day wedding format: Pizza night (teaching guests in a relaxed way) Panini lunch & wedding dinner BBQ & pasta night (teaching pasta) You will: Cook and lead during service Manage and support a small kitchen team Handle food orders and prep planning Track food waste and efficiency Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and calm Communicate clearly with events, bar, cleaning, and farm teams The wedding menu already exists. You’re welcome to improve it — or continue with last season’s menu.
