In this role as AM you will identify the right profile of advertisers, drive adoption of our mobile adtech platforms & foster lasting relationships with direct brands, media agencies & ad network partners while having the great opportunity to learn and grow your career with us. You will engage at all levels of the platform accounts and within the company with sales, project manager, technology, and operations.What will you do?Develop the company’s presence worldwide, working closely with the CEO and C-level defining the guidelines and the roadmap for the next yearsGenerating leads, negotiate the deal terms and follow upHandle inquiries and requests from customers and address their needs, making sure that they receive services that are within their budgetRepresent MAF at industry conferences and events; participate in industry speaking opportunitiesForming long term partnerships with strategic advertisersCompetitive intelligence – identifying trends in the mobile monetization and mobile advertising industrySynthesize and articulate client requirements and feedback to help shape our product roadmapWhat will you need?Fluency in EnglishExperience in account management for app marketingExperience in app or games economy, established network among mobile app developers.Knowledge in rewarded & Offerwall advertising platformsDeep understanding of the digital and mobile industryAbility to work cross functionally with Marketing, Product and Ops teamsAbility to create and analyze forecasts, and to craft win-win deals that maximize value for both advertiser & publisher sideA strong track record selling technical products to mobile app developersAbility to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externallyUnderstanding of consumer behaviors and industry trendExcellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use data to inform all decisionsVery fast learner (and addicted to learn), reliable person with unstoppable can-do-attitudeFast disaster recoveryExcellent active listening skillsSalary will depend on actual experience and knowledge.What does it mean working at MAF?This position is fully remoteEnjoy the flexibility of a hybrid work arrangement, from home or officeJoin a team of multinational professionals at one of the top digital marketing scale-upsReceive a highly competitive salary plus a performance-based bonus schemeEnhance your skills with a dedicated training budget for courses or events, choosing your own path for professional and personal growthParticipate in company team-building days that combine brainstorming with relaxationJoin MAF and be part of a dynamic team dedicated to revolutionizing digital advertising in the app economy#J-18808-Ljbffr
