In this role you drive end-to-end campaign execution for Netflix Ads, acting as a strategic partner to Sales. You’ll translate client goals into compelling media plans, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure flawless delivery and performance optimization. You will support RFP responses, asset gathering, and post-campaign reporting to guide future opportunities. This position sits at the intersection of advertising innovation and client service, helping monetize and scale Netflix’s ad offerings. You will collaborate with partners to deliver a premium brand experience for advertisers. Partner with Sales Partners to understand client goals and deliver excellent service Lead weekly pipeline and pacing meetings with Sales Partners Build media plans and contribute to RFP responses for packaging, pricing, targeting Conduct campaign kick-offs and gather launch assets with clients Coordinate with cross-functional teams to produce custom creative assets Work with Ad Operations for flawless order implementation and troubleshooting Oversee delivery performance and apply optimization tactics Provide post-campaign performance reports to clients Navigate escalations and contribute to long-term solutions Maintain deep understanding of ad products, targeting, and policies Contribute to billing and invoicing discussions with clients and finance Build strong relationships with clients and agency partners 3+ years in Account Management or Sales Planning in digital media, with a focus on video advertising Experience with Sales Operation systems (CRM, OMS, Ad Servers) Knowledge of digital media sales and marketplaces including Direct IO, Programmatic Guaranteed and PMP Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities with data interpretation for stakeholders Proven project management skills with multitasking across stakeholders Familiarity with Advertising Research and Verification vendors (Nielsen, Comscore, Moat, IAS, DV, Kantar) #J-18808-Ljbffr
