Contract Logistics provides innovative end‑to‑end warehousing and distribution solutions carried out to scale in a structured and standardised manner to optimise supply chain operations for our customers. Is part of the Customer Service Department, driving services and systems that provides the highest level of customer satisfaction.How you create impactHelp to ensure accurate, consistent, and timely information in between departments and with customers.Contribute to customer support activities, regarding order shipments, discrepancies, billing, etc…Compile, sort, and verify data is accurate before order entry and effectively solve potential problems and/or discrepancies.Investigate overdue and damaged shipments.Support to analyse complaints relating to billing or the service rendered, sending complaints for non‑performance to the services responsible for investigations, promptly updating customers.What we would like you to bringExperience in customer service or logistics operations, preferably within Contract Logistics.Strong communication and problem‑solving skills to manage customer inquiries and discrepancies.Proficiency in data entry and accuracy, with attention to detail for order processing and billing.Ability to work collaboratively across departments and handle investigations on shipments and complaints.What's in it for youAt Kuehne+Nagel you can demonstrate your personal and professional attributes.
