Riportando al Reservation Manager, il Reservation Agent si occuperà nello specifico delle seguenti aree di attività: check delle prenotazioni online (GDS- WEB – OTA), carico delle prenotazioni da sistemi terzi, gestione corrispondenza, formulazione offerte, inserimento prenotazioni, archiviazione file e documenti, gestione telefonate, gestione programmi personalizzati del Gruppo, gestione VIP e prenotazioni suite e gestione prenotazioni per eventi in città.Requisiti:• Esperienza pregressa di almeno 2 anni in ambito Hotel di lusso, preferibilmente Ufficio Prenotazioni• Forti doti di vendita (cross e up selling inclusi), orientamento al cliente e team working• Eccellenti capacità comunicative, forte orientamento all’ospite e propensione al problem solving• Esperienza pregressa in un Leading Hotel e conoscenza degli standards LQA saranno considerati requisiti preferenziali• Perfetta padronanza dell’italiano, oltre ad un’ottima conoscenza parlata e scritta della lingua inglese (sarà considerato titolo preferenziale la conoscenza di una seconda lingua estera tra russo, francese, tedesco, spagnolo, arabo e cinese)• Conoscenza del pacchetto Office365 e del programma gestione PMS OperaSi richiedono inoltre passione, energia, attitudine al sorriso, perseveranza, voglia di crescere professionalmente ed eleganza non solo esteriore.Benefit Lungarno Collection:• Tariffe Staff dedicate e Family & Friends per i soggiorni presso le strutture della compagnia• Sconto per la SPA• Piano di welfare AON• Piano di incentivazione annuale• Staff celebrations• Ingresso gratuito al Museo di Salvatore Ferragamo• Sconti per le tariffe nel circuito LHW e GHA Discovery
