Join to apply for the Sales Manager SERV role at Burckhardt CompressionOverviewFor our Italian Branch located in Caponago (MB) we are seeking a committed and proactive Sales Manager Service Division, worldwide leader in reciprocating compressors, with technical and commercial experience in service/aftermarket of mechanical machinery (preferably rotating equipment). The position is part of the Service Division with the objective to push and support business development and the growth of the organization with new customers and an expanding service portfolio. The main tasks will be focused on implementing and developing sales objectives and strategies of SERVICE in Italy.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for implementing & developing sales objectives and strategies of SERVICE in ItalyEstablish smooth sales working standards and procedures according to BC requirements as well as customers’ requirementsOriented to sales to achieve the BC agreed sales budget for the country and for the regionMarketing activities with EPC, End Customer, LicenseeIdentification of market drives and opportunitiesIdentification of competitorsEvaluation of customer operating condition and customer specificationIdentification of the required scope of supplyArrangement of the technical documentation needed to describe the offered scopeCandidate Profile5-10 years of experience in a similar role and similar markets (preferably reciprocating compressor)Bachelor / Master engineering degreeFull understanding of maintenance / repair jobsKnowledge of the SAP (R3 or S/4 HANA) systemEnglish - business fluent and contractual level in oral and written communicationWe are looking forGood communication skills in cross-cultural environmentMultiproduct and service sales abilityMarket & customer orientedBasic understanding of customers resources in industrial B2B markets (Petrochemical, Refinery industry, shipyards and others)Willingness for frequent domestic and international business travelTrustable, proactive, self-disciplined, self-motivating, target oriented and loyal personalityPrevious employment in a reciprocating compressor company is a plusWe offerStructured induction processFlexible and hybrid working conditionsVersatile and autonomous activities and tasksWorking environment with professional development opportunitiesParticipation in job-related training and further educationAppreciative cooperation with a family-like corporate cultureDemonstrated lived values that value diversityDynamic, international environment with committed employeesWe look forward to receiving your complete application documents.
