For our Italian Branch located in Caponago (MB), we are seeking a committed and proactive:Sales Manager SERVA worldwide leader in reciprocating compressors is looking for a young resource with some years of technical and commercial experience in service/aftermarket of mechanical machinery, preferably rotating equipment.The position is part of the Serv Division with the objective to push and support business development and the growth of the organization with new customers and increasing service portfolio.The main tasks will be:Responsible for implementing & developing sales objectives and strategies of SERV in Italy.Establish smooth sales working standards and procedures according to BC requirements as well as customers’ requirements.Oriented to sales to achieve the BC agreed sales budget for the country and for the Region.Marketing activities with EPC, End Customer, Licensee.Identification of market drives and opportunities.Identification of competitors.Evaluation of customer operating conditions and customer specifications.Identification of the required scope of supply.Arrangement of the technical documentation needed to describe the offered scope.Candidate Profile:5-10 years of experience in a similar role and similar markets (preferably reciprocating compressors).Bachelor/Master engineering degree.Full understanding of maintenance/repair jobs.Knowledge of the SAP (R3 or S/4 HANA) system.English - business fluent and contractual level in oral and written communication.We are looking for:Good communication skills in a cross-cultural environment.Multiproduct and service sales ability.Market & customer oriented.Basic customer's resources in industrial B2B markets (Petrochemical, Refinery industry, shipyards, and others).Willingness for frequent domestic and international business travel.Trustworthy, proactive, self-disciplined, self-motivating, target-oriented, and loyal personality.Previous employment in a reciprocating compressor company is a plus.We offer:Structured induction process.Flexible and hybrid working conditions.Versatile and autonomous activities and tasks.Working environment with professional development opportunities.Participation in job-related training and further education.Appreciative cooperation with a family-like corporate culture.Demonstrated lived values that value diversity.Dynamic, international environment with committed employees.We look forward to receiving your complete application documents.
