The HQ is in Italy with direct operation in US, France & Poland & reaches 100+ markets via distributors.As part of an international organization with growth potential and numerous opportunities for career development, currently looking for:Innovation Product Manager: Global Medical SharpsReporting to the Global Marketing Manager - Sharps, the resource will be a key contributor in the MTD turn-around journey. She/He will take care of the competitiveness of the current portfolio by bringing to life the innovation pipeline, understand the consumer and the local tender needs to deliver winning innovation and business accretive plans, be the responsible for the innovation pipeline from P&L standpoint.Aim Owns the 3-year innovation master plan of sharps portfolio, inc. its financial sufficiency from top to bottom lineRejuvenates the core of MTD sales and become an important global player in healthcare professional environmentMain Responsibilities:Market analysis: conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities and challengesProduct strategy: develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy aligned with the company’s overall objectivesProduct development: collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the development and launch of new products, ensuring they meet both regulatory standards and customer needsLifecycle management: manage the entire product lifecycle, from concept to end-of-life, optimizing performance and profitabilityStakeholders engagement: build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customers and key opinion leadersRequirementsBachelor's degree preferably in a Scientific field, or in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related field.At least a 2 years’ experience ideally with experience in medical field (professional channel) & Knowledge on tender based business as well as awareness of hospital medical business specificityExperience in the B2B/B2C Professional channel – ideally a mix of Medical Sharps categories (like syringes, needles, catheters or general surgery)Advanced Microsoft Office packageFluent in English and italianProfile Passionate about making the difference and keen to embark in a brand turn-aroundMust have a strategic mindset & highly organized with flexible approachStrong analytical skills and mindsetDesire to make things happen in destructed companyStrong team playerExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAdaptability: ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, adapting to changing market conditions and business prioritiesResults-Oriented: results-driven with a focus on achieving key performance indicators and delivering successful product launchesLocation: Milan Other informationInterested people should send a detailed Curriculum Vitae, with the necessary written consent to holding their personal dataThis company is an equal opportunities employer.
