We are looking for an autonomous, ambitious, results-driven leader who can devise, pitch, and close deals with brands, companies, and strategic partners both in Italy and abroad. If you are passionate about the digital world, understand the value of what we do, and can turn it into concrete commercial proposals, join us✍️ What You’ll DoDevelop and manage a client portfolio focused on sectors aligned with our projects and visionLead sales negotiations independently, from the first call to deal closureCollaborate closely with the creative and strategic teams to build tailor‑made offers consistent with the agency’s identityIdentify new market opportunities and activate alternative sales channelsMonitor goals, margins, and results using reporting toolsWhat We Are Looking For3–5 years of experience in B2B sales roles, preferably in creative, digital, or agency environmentsExtensive commercial knowledge with an active professional networkFluent in Italian and English (C1+)Ability to read the market and apply consultative sales techniquesKnowledge and understanding of UK and US market needsSkilled in preparing commercial proposalsProactive, with excellent relational and negotiation skills, results‑orientedDesire to be part of a growing international teamAvailability to work under a freelance (P.IVA) contractLocation RemoteContract type P.IVACompensation High commission per closed deal + expense reimbursement + KPI‑based bonusesStart ASAPJoining Wimage means becoming part of a dynamic, cross‑functional team where creativity meets strategy, and where every project is an opportunity to grow and make a difference.
