After entering the Spanish market, our mission is to consolidate and expand it by building long‑lasting connections with businesses that believe in the power of conversations.The future is conversational, and we're looking for someone who wants to make it happen with us.We're Hiring : UX Designer – Platform ExperiencedWe're looking for an experienced UX Designer to bring the user experience of our platform to the next level.You will play a key role in defining the UX of Spoki, working closely with the team to ensure smooth, intuitive, and engaging interactions across our product ecosystem. Your goal will be to improve usability, optimize workflows, and create an experience that increases user satisfaction and business success.If you're excited about transforming how companies communicate through WhatsApp, solving complex UX challenges, and pushing the boundaries of platform design, Spoki is the place for you.Join us and become part of something extraordinary.Ideal ProfileOver 4+ years of experience in UX / UI design, with a focus on SaaS platforms, enterprise applications, or digital products.A strong portfolio showcasing previous work on platform UX, highlighting problem‑solving skills, user research, and design execution.Experience designing complex flows, balancing user needs and business goals.Proficiency with design tools such as Figma and prototyping tools.Strong understanding of design systems, usability heuristics, accessibility standards, and information architecture.Ability to conduct user research, usability testing, and data‑driven UX optimization.Excellent collaboration skills : comfortable working with product managers, developers, and stakeholders.Startup mindset : proactive, hands‑on, iterative, and comfortable in dynamic, fast‑paced environments.Plus : Experience with AI‑based interfaces, conversational UI, and chat‑based user experiences.What we offerBe part of building a cutting‑edge Conversational Commerce platform poised for global expansion.Salary range : €30.000 - €35.000 gross annual, based on experienceWork with an international, passionate, supportive, and talented team dedicated to excellence.The latest Apple MacBook and all necessary tools.Career Levels : continuous growth with clear key points to help you design your personal and professional development in the direction you desirePermanent, full‑time contract.Regular team‑building events and celebrations.Access to cutting‑edge technologies and resources to stay at the forefront of engineering and innovation.On site work in San Vito dei Normanni, BRSelection ProcessInitial call with Hiring Manager.Technical interview + Portfolio review and practical UX assessment, including a role‑relevant case study.Ceo Interview#J-18808-Ljbffr
