Qualifications 3 years of experience in Sales Director Role account management strategy or business management roles in Media Owner Agencies. In-depth knowledge of marketing dynamics digital media and integrated communications. Advanced business planning financial analysis and budget management skills. Experience in managing tenders and closing new contracts. Excellent presentation and negotiation skills. Strategic vision combined with operational pragmatism. Excellent interpersonal and complex stakeholder management skills. Growth and problem-solving orientation. Creative thinking flexibility and resilience. Strong and direct knowledge of the commercial departments of the most important media agencies in Italy.
