In qualità di Sales Account Manager sarai responsabile di individuare nuovi brand e prodotti, costruire relazioni commerciali solide e sviluppare collaborazioni strategiche ed esclusive. Lavorerai a stretto contatto con i team editorial e marketing, portando una visione strategica orientata all’ottimizzazione dell’assortimento e al miglioramento delle performance commerciali. Responsibilities Scouting e selezione di nuovi brand e prodotti in linea con trend e esigenze degli utenti. Costruzione e gestione di relazioni commerciali solide e orientate al lungo termine. Definizione e gestione di strategie di account management, dall’onboarding alla valorizzazione continua dei partner. Analisi delle performance dei prodotti e ottimizzazione dell’assortimento. Collaborazione con team editorial e marketing per massimizzare storytelling, visibilità e conversione. Chi cerchiamo 3-5 anni di esperienza come Sales Account Manager, Buyer o Category Manager nei settori sport e tech. Esperienza nella gestione di marketplace e ottimizzazione di cataloghi online. Forte attitudine all’analisi dei dati e capacità di tradurre trend in strategie concrete. Soft skills Eccellenti capacità negoziali e relazionali. Mentalità strategica e orientamento al risultato. Autonomia e capacità di lavorare in contesti dinamici. Creatività e problem solving. Curiosità per trend di mercato e innovazione digitale.
